Mantle has built up an income producing portfolio of high yielding commercial property investments, many of which we developed out. We look to acquire interesting opportunities in the region where we can add significant value through strong asset management. Our five year strategy seeks to significantly expand both the investment portfolio and the serviced office business. Our collection of serviced offices meets our ethos of providing flexible workspace and we work closely with all of our occupiers to ensure we service their needs in full.
