We have an income producing portfolio of high yield commercial property investments, many of which were developed out by ourselves. Our strategy is to seek opportunities where we can add significant value through strong asset management. All of our serviced offices are designed to provide flexible workspace. We work closely with all of our occupiers to ensure we service their needs in full. Our future five-year focus is to appreciably expand both the investment portfolio and the serviced office business.
